Ryazan Refinery (Rosneft), located 200 km southeast of Moscow in Ryazan Oblast, is one of Russia largest refineries at ~17.1 Mt/yr. It supplies approximately 40% of motor fuel for the Moscow metropolitan region and is a critical node in the central Russian fuel distribution network. The facility operates multiple crude and vacuum distillation units and produces diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, and lubricants.
