Kuibyshev Refinery (Rosneft), located in Samara city, processes ~8.8 Mt/yr and is the oldest of the three Rosneft Samara refineries. Together with Novokuibyshevsk and Syzran, the Samara cluster represents one of Russia largest refining concentrations (~25 Mt/yr combined). The Kuibyshev plant produces motor fuels, fuel oil, and lubricants for the Volga-Ural market.
