Petersburg Oil Terminal (POT) is the largest oil products transshipment terminal in northwestern Russia, located within the Port of Saint Petersburg on the coast of the Gulf of Finland. The terminal specializes in the receipt, storage, and handling of petroleum products, including diesel fuel, gasoline, fuel oil, and aviation fuel. It serves as a key export hub for Russian petroleum products, facilitating shipments to Europe, Asia, and other international markets. The facility includes extensive tank storage capacity, railway loading infrastructure, marine berths, and tanker loading systems. Petersburg Oil Terminal is a critical component of Russia’s fuel and energy logistics network and one of the principal gateways for petroleum product exports through the Baltic region.
