Afipsky Refinery (Safmar Group), located in Afipsk, Krasnodar Krai, processes ~6.25 Mt/yr and supplies motor fuels to southern Russia, including fuel for military logistics. The facility was repeatedly targeted throughout 2024-2026, with four confirmed drone strikes. Despite cumulative damage to distillation and storage infrastructure, the refinery continues to operate at degraded capacity. It is a mid-sized facility with limited ability to absorb strike damage compared to larger plants.
