NORSI refinery (Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez), located in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast on the Volga River, is Russia 4th-largest refinery at ~17 Mt/yr. It operates six crude distillation units, including the key CDU-6 which alone processes 190,000 bpd (53% of refinery capacity). NORSI produces diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, petrochemical feedstocks and lubricants distributed across the central Volga region.
