    Full refinery shutdown; repairs may take up to six months

    Reuters reported a complete refinery shutdown after damage to processing and other key infrastructure. According to the Orenburg regional governor, some imported equipment cannot be quickly restored because of sanctions restrictions and repairs may take up to six months. The region is preparing to offset the shortage with fuel brought in from outside; about 80% of its 287 filling stations were operating at the time of the report.
