Full refinery shutdown after CDU-4 damage

According to two industry sources cited by Reuters, the August 21 strike shut the CDU-4 unit, which accounts for about 40% of refinery capacity. CDU-5, representing another roughly 34%, had already been offline since the July 29 strike. The refinery consequently halted operations completely; preliminary repairs to CDU-4 were estimated at one to two weeks.
