Complex halted — AVT-6 and AVT-4 units knocked out
Reuters, citing two industry sources: the complex has fully halted operations. Both primary crude distillation units damaged and shut down — AVT-6 (up to 17,100 t/day, ~60% of capacity) and AVT-4 (~11,400 t/day of crude and gas condensate, ~40%). Several secondary processing units and other equipment also damaged. Repairs may take from several weeks to several months. Bashkortostan head Khabirov claimed key installations were intact and normal operations would resume within days — contradicted by Reuters reporting.
