Syzran Refinery (Rosneft), located in Syzran, Samara Oblast on the Volga River, processes ~8.5 Mt/yr and is part of the Samara refining cluster alongside Novokuibyshevsk and Kuibyshev refineries. Together the three Samara plants represent ~25 Mt/yr of Rosneft capacity. Syzran produces motor fuels and heating oil for the Volga-Ural region.
