The only industrial oil refinery in the Ural Federal District. Design capacity 7.5–9 Mt/year. Produces Euro-5 gasoline and diesel. Connected to Transneft pipeline. Formerly Antipinsky NPZ JSC, renamed Tyumen NPZ in 2024 under RI-Invest.
