Volgograd Refinery (Lukoil), situated in Volgograd on the Volga River, is the largest refinery in southern Russia with a throughput of ~15.7 Mt/yr. It produces diesel, gasoline, fuel oil, and petrochemical feedstocks for the Volga-Ural industrial region and domestic distribution.
